Star Wars animatie is druk bezig. Dit jaar hebben we al kunnen genieten van Resistance, Forces of Destiny, en LEGO All-Stars. Volgend jaar keert ook fan-favoriet The Clone Wars terug. En overmorgen komt er nog een telg bij de familie: Galaxy of Adventures! Deze serie korte filmpjes zal vanaf 30 november op het nieuwe Star Wars Kids Youtube-kanaal te zien zijn.
In het aankondigingsartikel op StarWars.com vertelt Lucasfilm’s James Waugh waarom men gekozen heeft om deze serie te maken:
At its core, the series is celebratory of Star Wars. Star Wars continues to evolve and grow over the years but it’ll always be anchored in those original films that started it all. Galaxy of Adventures is a fresh way to introduce an entirely new and younger generation to those concepts, characters, and themes. The new series aims to give children the first kernels of the story and allow the joy of their imaginations to take hold.
